Environmental Action

Infrastructure Analytics work to recognised environmental standards:

  • ISO 14001 - Environmental Management.
  • ISO 14064 - Green House Gases.
  • ISO 50001 - Energy Management.

Global Climate – Carbon Neutral

  • Infrastructure Analytics (IA), including A3 PETRO and IAZERO divisions are Carbon Neutral.

Local Environment – Air Quality:

  • At IA we are committed to reducing adverse air quality impacts around the local community.
  • We work in Richmond Upon Thames and have signed up to the council “No Idling” pledge.
  • We travel by public transport where possible to reduce our carbon footprint and help improve air quality.

Waste Management – Plastics:

  • IA have supplied all staff with reusable water bottles and coffee mugs.

Resource Management – Paper:

  • All IA stationary is sourced from FSC certified sources with a preference for recycled paper.
  • We have minimised the use of paper through investment in e-signature software.
  • We use Tablets to view P&IDs and technical data electronically to reduce printing and paper use.

Resource Management – Rare-Earth Metals:

  • Aspects of IA's energy, IT kit, and transport use rare-earth metals.
  • IA preferentially select rare-earth-metal-free or re-cycled rare-earth metal equipment.
  • IA have added a 're-cycled rare-earth guide' to their procurement policies to ensure selected suppliers have a responsible rare-earth sourcing approach.

Energy Management – Travel:

  • All IA offices are easily accessible by public transport.
  • We reduce business travel via zero knowledge systems for teleconferencing, calls, and data transfer.
  • We recognise face to face meetings are essential for some work and we offset these with independently audited GHG Offsets.

Clients Services – Holistic:

  • All IA services consider environmental aspects holistically.
  • We integrate review of health, safety, environmental, and operability in complex industrial systems to capitalise on synergies.
  • Our 'bigger picture' approach is to avoid “diesel-gate” type of outcomes.
